'Small city' going up for Valero Texas Open - San Antonio Express-News: he 91-year-old tournament — all 91 years in San Antonio — has become known for the support it generates for charities and civic groups, including the Rotary Club of San Antonio.
That organization will bring about 150 youth involved in golf to the tournament on March 29 and has access to a hospitality tent near the course's practice range where it can entertain up to 200 guests a day for $125 apiece.
